GSM (grammage) - A metric measure of paper weight. Grammage is expressed in grams per square meter or g/m2 or GSM.
Foiling - An application of pigment or metallic foil to paper, where a heated die is stamped onto the foil, making it adhere to the surface leaving the design of the die on the paper.
Lamination - A bonding a plastic film to a printed sheet by means of heat and pressure for protection of the work or to improve the appearance of the work.
Matt Lamination - It gives a subtle, tactile, effect that enhances the quality.
Gloss Lamination - It adds a shine effect and forms a protective coating over the print that makes it suitable for items such as menus, booklets and etc.
Thermography - A process when a special powder is added to the ink printed on the paper. The printed piece is heated and the powder and ink mixture dries to form a raised effect on the paper.
